Balsa MDF Composite Beams
Balsa MDF composite beams provide exceptional non-load-bearing design flexibility, unrestricted by shape. Available up to 98mm thick in various lengths, making them ideal for intricate and custom designs. With a Group 3 fire-rating, they offer both safety and versatility.
As the world's lightest and fastest-growing commercially used tree, balsa delivers a unique combination of strength and lightweight performance. They feature a balsa core sandwiched between a thin MDF skin for printing purposes.
Balsa Installation Features.
New practical features make our balsa beam collection quicker and easier to install.
Seamless jigsaw and biscuit joins create strong connections, while matching printed end caps provide a realistic finish to the endgrain. Routered beams fit over battens and are secured with screws.

Aluminium Beams
Printed aluminium beams combine fire resistance with aesthetic versatility, making them ideal for applications where stringent fire safety regulations apply. They are manufactured from non-combustible materials and hold a Group 1 Fire Rating.
They are suitable for both interior and semi-exterior use and provide a durable and reliable solution.
Aluminium beams can either be installed using a top channel or a freestanding plate that secures the beams at the floor and ceiling.
